USA Shipping Methods:
- Standard 3-5 days: $5 for orders under $24.99
- Standard 3-5 days: FREE shipping at $25+
- Expedited: $15, ships next business day via FedEx 2-Day
Standard orders ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in California.
Expedited orders ship next business day after you place your order, business days only and excludes holidays. Please be aware that the 2-day shipping process starts once the order leaves our warehouse and not from the date that the order is placed.
Transit Times: Orders vary in transit times, but usually within 2-5 days after order ships. The longer transit times apply for east coast, Hawaii, and Alaska.
INTERNATIONAL Shipping Methods: We're only shipping to Alberta/British Columbia/Manitoba/Nova Scotia/Ontario/Quebec provinces in Canada via US mail or FedEx for a flat fee of $25 USD. If you live outside these provinces or another country, please reach out so we can provide a shipping quote.
- Please note that customs duties and taxes are not covered under our shipping quotes. As costs vary from country to country, please reach to your local municipality for questions.
- International orders returned as undeliverable because of a wrong address or an address that is not able to receive packages will incur re-stocking fees. Please ensure you provide a correct "ship to" address that is able to receive packages.
RETURNS
Return Policy (see below for international returns/exchanges):
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with hang tags attached, or defective merchandise for a refund (excludes any original shipping charges) within 60 days of original purchase date.
Please ship item(s) in its (their) original condition with a copy of the packing slip via a traceable method like UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. No RMA is needed and we never charge restocking fees.
If you no longer have the packing slip, simply include your order number, name and address on a piece of paper. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If you purchased through a different retailer, please contact the original retailer to process a return or exchanges.

If you ever receive a defective or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can ship out the correct product.
Exchanges: For exchanges, please follow the same method described under our return policy where items must be returned in new condition to our warehouse with a copy of a packing slip. Customer is responsible for return fees via a traceable carrier like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once items are received, we will process exchange within 2-3 business days and notify you when the exchange has shipped out. Exchanges ship out free of charge.
INTERNATIONAL Returns/Exchanges: Our U.S. returns and exchanges policy also applies to all international orders with some exceptions for exchanges. Orders must be returned via FedEx, UPS, or DHL only.
- International exchanges: We apologize but due to international shipping costs, customers are responsible for return shipping charges and as well as shipping charges to ship out exchanges.
