When will my order be shipped?: When you place an order on Amazon.com, the Amazon orders history page shows an estimate ship date.
Want to to make changes to an existing order?: Please note that Amazon does not allow us to make ANY changes to an existing order. See next section for requesting a cancellation.
Need to change a shipping address for an existing order?: Please note that Amazon does not allow us to make ANY changes to an existing order. See next section for requesting a cancellation.
Need to cancel an order?: If your order has not shipped, simply log in to your Amazon account and request an order cancellation. If your order has shipped, we apologize but we can't request the shipment back.
For returns: Log in to your Amazon.com account to process a return.
For exchanges: Amazon does not currently allow exchanges, please return your order and place a new order.
Issue with a product?: If you received a defective or damaged product, let us know by calling or emailing us and we'll resolve any issues.
Lost shipment?: If your tracking details show a delivered item, please check your front porch, mailbox or mail room as orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Sometimes a carrier may mark a shipment as delivered by mistake, so please be patient as your shipment may be delivered the following day. Still not delivered after the next day? Please reach out to us and we'll contact the shipping carrier.
